I have a business idea that I believe will transform and or change the way listen to music. However being based in Botswana has proven to be a challenge due lack of skilled dedicated manpower. Can you advice on how I can go about to execute this.

Use search engines -> Google is your best friends here. Search for literally what you need youtube is another great resources.
Connect with Universities closest to home & see if you can utilize network opportunities I would look towards Rhodes University
Which is geographically, I believe one of the centers of innovation nearest to you.

Looking towards creating a proof of concept you could work with remote workers through platforms like Fivver & Up work.
