What effect does this have on everyone's solar PV panels?
Interesting question. But it doesn't really matter since "solar radiation management" (SRM) would probably only be used to prevent "the collapse of civilization". SRM might be a "moral hazard", but it's looking more likely humanity will be unwilling to pay for enough carbon dioxide removal to keep the temperature increase to less than 2.0 degrees C (and possibly unwilling to pay enough to keep the temperature increase to less than 3.0 degrees C)
