A Caltech and IBM Online Course in AI/ML. A climate action application?

I am skittish nowadays because of my mental illnesses. I have a hard time completing.

With that said, I decided to exit from OpenFOAM and fluid dynamics because it had no real tangible value to me. I was doing it to prove I could. Once I would have completed my goal, which would have taken 5 years or more, I would have been finished.

My goal to learn AI/ML is much more concentrated as far as time is concerned. The CalTech and IBM course I want to take is 7 months in duration. Yes, it costs 704 dollars/month but it is CalTech. CalTech often follows MIT in rankings for best technical university. It is a great technical college. So, the bootcamp is trustworthy. More importantly, the first project covers what I want to learn, and then the rest is icing on the cake. This will allow me to apply AI/ML to climate action, hate speech, etc. Project 1 is on hate speech. It is a continuous opportunity. It keeps my interest. I plan to take this course in a year's time.

Specifically, I want to use AI to predict future wildfires in Oregon, which is a needle in a haystack analysis; to analyze the psychological and financial gradient from the epicenter of a climate disaster to predict future incidents, which is a Natural Language Processing (NLP) analysis; and use NLP and needle in a haystack analysis to analyze Online Social Networks feed for targeted individuals (TIs) and see if there are actual victims to pulsed microwave (MW) weapons. This is important in light of Havana Syndrome revelations that someone is using pulsed MW weapons to affect US government personnel. I personally believe TIs deserve a second look in this context. Are there really victims?
