Lessons learned from several years of mistakes in running discussion forums in MOOCs. Many of the lessons will hopefully help others transfer into a form of teaching that relies on more heavily on text based communication.
This is terrific, Jen, thanks for posting.
And its great advice even if you aren't an introvert!
