How do different configurations effect what gets recorded.
Whomever is Speaking and the Shared screen will be recorded. Another option is to make the phone your co-host once joined. Then your Video from the Laptop(as an inset) and the Shared Screen from the Phone should both be recorded. Your personal setting may further affect what's seen.
