That is a substantial claim! However, I don't understand "biogenic carbon dioxide, which is not additive to greenhouse gas emissions." How is it not "additive" to GHG emissions if the source stock was, let's say, a tire (as mentioned). A tire is stable until it is burned (right?) ... doesn't that make the CO2 byproduct 'additive to GHG emissions'?
