There isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution, so here’s a set of practical topics/questions to guide each faculty’s thinking and decisions when it comes to “virtualizing” their class. I used these slides to give an introductory session to the faculty/staff of Mechanical Engineering on transitioning our courses to online teaching.

Overall it’s more of a “here’s what you need to be thinking about” guide, though there is a practical part about how to use Zoom to teach, recommendations on A/V equipment, software, and legal considerations.
