Everybody with an MIT username automatically has a personal WebEx meeting room at https://mit.webex.com/meet/<username>.
Students can use this without having to install any client; it just works from the web browser.
Tell students to press the blue Sign In button in the upper right to sign in with their MIT ID (rather than entering their name and email address).
Use "Lock Room" to meet with students one at a time -- the others are kept in the Waiting Room until you let them in
- For TA/student interactions, a TA could ask for a student's meeting room URL to to videochat and screenshare with them, or they could use the TA's meeting room.
